Mustaqim Yusof
Mustaqim is a corporate finance professional with over 12 years of experience in investment and corporate finance in both buy-side and sell-side roles. At Dealstreet Partners, he led strategy research and deal intelligence support for cross-border M&A, capital raising, credit opportunities, and strategic partnerships between Asian, the UK and Europe.
He has worked across the deal lifecycle, from deal origination, valuations, to investor sourcing and transaction structuring. Mustaqim also has hands-on experience in direct equity investment, bond origination, credit rating exercise, independent advisory, M&A, divestment, and fundraising exercises. He had previously managed a USD135 million equity fund at a financial institution in Malaysia. Mustaqim had also worked at a publicly listed company, a semi-regulatory body and a licensed corporate finance advisory firm in the Asia Pacific region.
Mustaqim studied at the University of London and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He is also a qualified accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. Mustaqim is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, UK.

Pheen Whern Lim
Pheen Whern is a corporate finance professional with a background in transfer pricing, investment research, and cross-border advisory support. At Dealstreet Partners, she executes research and assessment of cross-border opportunities across Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asia Pacific locations.
Before joining Dealstreet Partners, she spent over 3.5 years at Deloitte Malaysia, specialising in transfer pricing advisory and compliance. Her responsibilities included developing transfer pricing strategies, benchmarking, value chain analysis, and multi-jurisdictional tax planning. She worked closely with Deloitte teams across Southeast Asia and other key international markets.
Pheen Whern is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a Master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of London as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
Her combined expertise in international tax and corporate finance enables her to deliver commercially focused, integrated solutions for complex cross-border transactions.
